Hello World: Weight Status

Weight Status

From 88 kg (193 lbs) to 86 kg (189.2). I have a big grin on my face right now.

Yesterday I've decided to look back at my old photos. I don't have a lot of them anymore as I ripped quite many of them when I was really fat. I couldn't bare to look at my own photos at the time.

But now I can smile and be proud of myself. However to be honest I still could not believe that I have managed to lose weight and become a new person. I do not see any resemblance between the old me and the new me. Be it physically or mentally. It's like a rebirth to become a new man.

I am happy. I am blessed. I am ecstatic. What a journey. Really, what a journey.
